Personal Training
Vincent Porter is my name. I'm a fitness model, fitness consultant, and fitness instructor from Italy. I am also doing a job as a personal trainer. People are enthralled by my physique. I've placed first in several bodybuilding and fitness competitions. I have clients, both male and female, and I enjoy conversing with them to learn what is most important to them and to figure out the best way to convince them to plan better. I rewrite practice programs based on each person's unique criteria and goals. As a result, when we train together, we define explicit targets that are only for you, and achieving your goals becomes my goal. I train you in the gym, but I also provide broad nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you succeed outside of the gym.

My Diet
Here is my complete diet plan structure for you.
Breakfast: Banana Power seed Oatmeal with vanilla almond milk, pasta, white rice, and tuna fish.
Avocado toast, chicken salad, 12 cup carrots, 2 buttered bread slices, 30g whey protein powder with 100g milk for lunch.
Dinner: Fried chicken, brown rice, 1 cup strawberries, and 2 cups cooked oats with 1 tablespoon honey.
Banana shake, Mighty turkey burgers, Fries, or boiled potatoes afternoon.
My Supplements
Citrulline malate (CM) was sold as a "antifatigue" supplement at first. In reality, if you go back about 40 years, you'll see CM being used to treat both mental and physical exhaustion in post-surgery patients. CM has recently gained popularity due to its performance-enhancing properties.
The synergistic combination of both L-citrulline and malate, which can help to increase rates of ATP during exercise, followed by increased rates of PCr recovery after exercise, is most likely to blame for the benefits seen with CM supplementation.
